Hoist LTD 80/ LTD 100
- LTD 80 and LTD 100 hoist motors are essential components of powered suspended platforms.
- They are responsible for driving the platform up and down during operation.
- The suspended platform is typically equipped with an LTD 80/ LTD 100 hoist with a power rating of 1.8 kW X 2 nos./ 2.0 kW X 2 nos.
- These hoists are mounted at both ends of the platform deck for balanced and stable lifting.
Electric Control System
- Electric control system includes multiple protective features such as: Automatic limit device, Power leakage protection, overheat protection, Emergency brake, Overload current protection, Easy to operate, safe, and reliable.
- Control panel body and key components are made from heat-treated, high-quality materials, ensuring lightweight design and long lifespan.
Control Panel/ Remote Pendent
- Control panel is easy to install using the provided hook, allowing flexible mounting at any location on the cage without the need for bolting.
- A remote pendant is provided to operate the machine from anywhere on the platform.
- The pendant includes Up, Down, and Emergency Stop switches for convenient and safe operation.
Anti-Tilt Device
- Anti-tilt device is provided to ensure safety when the load is unevenly distributed on one side of the platform.
- The design allows a maximum tilt of up to 4 degrees.
- If the tilt exceeds 4 degrees, the power supply is automatically cut off, and the platform comes to a complete halt to prevent accidents.
Safety Brake System
- Safety brake is a highly reliable and high-quality device used in suspended platforms.
- It is designed to activate in the event of primary rope failure.
- When triggered, the safety lock engages the secondary wire rope and brings the platform to a stop within 100 mm.
Brake Release
- In case of a power failure, if the platform gets stuck at a particular floor, the operator can lower it manually by inserting a key into the motor to release the brake.
- In such safety scenarios, the platform descends gradually, ensuring controlled and safe movement.

Pin-Type Fixtures

'W' Type Frame - RSP 100
- The special ‘W’-type frame allows workers to access even the corners of the building.
- It ensures that with minimal distance between roof support devices, the entire 7.5-meter platform length can be effectively utilized.
Rope Guide Pulley & Locking Device
- A newly designed rope guide pulley is provided on the roof device for easy wire rope pulling from the top.
- A rope locking device is also mounted on the middle beam of the roof device to secure the rope in place.
- The wire rope is crimped with aluminium, ensuring a firm and reliable lock.
Cable Protecting Device
Cable Protecting Device
- A cable protection device is provided, which automatically stops the platform when the cable is pulled, helping to increase the cable’s lifespan.
- The 100-meter cable is properly packed in a wooden box for safe handling and transport.
Side Extension (Optional)
- It is used in an ‘L’ shape design for better area utilization.
- It is a fixed and foldable type, with dimensions (L-1600 × H-900 × W-600) mm and supports a load of 100 kg counterweight.
Front Extension - Flexable Type (Optional)
- Folding front extension for extended reach over balconies, chajjas, and building projections.
- Size: 600 × 900 mm, fits at the front of the main platform.
- Can be folded when obstructed during upward/downward movement.
- Aluminium body ensures lightweight and easy installation.
- Ideal for accessing wall niches and elevated areas unreachable by the main platform.
Front Extension - Fixed Type (Optional)
- Fixed front extension for reaching over balconies, chajjas, and projections.
- Size: 500 × 900 mm, mounts at the front of the main platform.
- Slides on the railing to avoid obstructions during movement.
- Lightweight aluminum body for easy use and installation.
- Ideal for accessing wall niches and elevated sections beyond platform reach.
